FrontSeven User Agreement

1. What you get
FrontSeven provides a local-first weekly AI news front on iPhone: a week shelf of AI news cards, What's new harvest, story reading, Ask briefs, and source pins. Optional DeepSeek help runs only after you allow it. FrontSeven does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice and is not a FrontSeven account service.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and use the App lawfully. Do not misuse network or AI features, attempt to extract source feeds beyond their cited terms, or rely on briefs as professional advice.
3. Your content and local data
You own the week boards, cards, briefs, notes, and photos you create on this iPhone. Core FrontSeven data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Keep your own backups of anything you care about. FrontSeven does not require a FrontSeven account.
4. Daily free uses
Pinning a reviewed week's cards or keeping a reviewed story brief uses one of 10 free uses today on this iPhone. The count resets at midnight on this device. Local browsing of your week, stories, and source pins is always free. Streaming drafts, declining AI consent, and closing sheets do not spend a use. This measurement-only update does not add Fronts credits, a coin storefront, a subscription, or a new paywall.
5. Existing shell purchases
An existing shell StoreKit purchase path may still appear when the product seal is open. Apple processes payment. Cancelled, failed, pending, or unverified transactions do not create FrontSeven daily free uses. This update does not expand that purchase catalog or invent new paid SKUs.
6. Apple terms
Your use of Apple services—including Photos, Speech, Camera, Microphone, StoreKit when shown, and App Tracking Transparency—remains subject to Apple’s terms.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or end. Optional DeepSeek replies and Adjust measurement may depend on network, tokens, and third-party availability. What's new, Ask, browsing, and daily free uses continue if you decline ATT or if some Adjust event tokens are empty.
8. Intellectual property
App software, design, and branding remain with their owners. You keep rights in your personal week boards, briefs, and photos. Third-party news source names and services belong to their owners.
9. Limits
Briefs and AI news cards are personal reading aids, not guarantees about markets, health, or law. Confirm original sources before acting. FrontSeven is not liable for third-party outages, incorrect summaries, or content on third-party sites.
10. Stopping and contact
You can stop using FrontSeven by removing the App. Contact: support@frontseven.app.
